You are bidding on a GENUINE Australian built 67 Morris Cooper S project car. The car is currently disassembledin Costa Mesa, CA. I contracted Minicomp in Costa Mesa to do a restoration almost 5 years ago. Unfortunately the body shop being used for the work doesn't seem to be too motivated. The car was complete with full interior, full suspension (hydrolastic bags are not useable), both fuel tanks, 7.5" S brakes,trim, Cooper S engine, gearbox etc. I do not have the original Cooper S wheels. I am selling the car with all parts removed as well as almost $7000.00 in NEW parts. Like I said the car is disassembled but it is COMPLETE. The body is in POOR condition. After the car chemical stripped twice we found a dented roof, poor repair on the left left side from a prior accident, dented boot floor and the floors will have to be replaced.The carwas white with a blue roof but according to the original serial tag the car is supposed to be Indigo Blue with a Snowberry white roof. Indigo blue was exclusive on the Aussie Minis and it is close to Island blue only darker. I attached a pic of the car in it's orignal form before it was dissasmbled.The tag has been removed from the engine but it is a Cooper S engine with theextra stud on the head.Here is a list of the parts that are included with the car : EVERYTHING IS NEW except for a reconditioned heater box that I paid $140.00 for.
